Abstract:

After the excision of dog’s oral pathological changes, the diagnostics with haematoxylin and eosin stain is often presents some difficulty. The requirement of the histological typisation of these tumors is the responsible immunohystochemical trial. Our aim during the research was to frame an immunohystochemical panel for the correct differentiation of the carcinoma planocellulare, the ameloblastoma, the amelanotic melanoma and the sarcoma from the canine’s oral malignomas. The following antibodies are the parts of this panel: anti-claudin-1, anti-pancytokeratin, anti-Melan-A and anti-vimentin. Our results enable the exact oncopathological-diagnostical work, the correct recommendation of the postoperative therapy, just as the education based on accurate data and the epidemiological veterinary publications.
